My primary focus is Anxiety and Depression. My aim is to give you the understanding and tools to help you
live a more fulfilling life. I work in a whole person approach which includes body, mind, spirit and energy.
It is essential to me to offer a safe, non judgemental and confidential space to work on anything in your life
that may be causing you confusion, pain or discomfort.

and steady and transform the old patterns that cause you grief in your life.
With 23 years of experience working with depression, anxiety, childhood trauma
and relationship issues, I have the knowledge and experience to help you. I use a
Whole Person eclectic approach, which include: CBT, (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)
Mindfulness, Body Awareness, Body work, Psychosynthesis, Guided imagery,
Energy work, Spiritual focus (that is in accordance with
clients spiritual beliefs) and Dream work.
