coping, anxiety as well as depression. We feel victimized and have lost our freedom.

This pandemic is allowing the earth and the world to pause from our normal business and in so doing
we are being called to drop into our selves more deeply to see what we truly value and what is
meaningful in our lives. It is a time to explore old wounds , beliefs , traumas and patterns
from the past that hold us back from moving forward in a way our heart truly desires.
I can help you transition through this time and give you tools to help stay grounded
and steady and transform the old patterns that cause you grief in your life.
In transforming those patterns the real truth of what your soul desires has a chance
to come forward and guide you towards what you really need and want.
With 25 years of experience working with depression, anxiety, childhood trauma
and relationship issues, I have the knowledge and experience to help you. I use a
Whole Person eclectic approach, which include: CBT, Mindfulness,
Body Awareness, Body work, Psychosynthesis, Guided imagery,
Energy work, Spiritual focus (that is in accordance with
clients spiritual beliefs) and Dream work.
