What happens in a therapy session?
*Therapy sessions include an initial intake history and then a discussion of a treatment plan followed by a series of sessions. These sessions include practical solutions and tools to help you cope with the current situation that is causing
distress as well as examining the underlying reasons and source of the distress. Being conscious of the "why's" is the first step in the healing process. |
